A brief overview of the responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for our B2B customers (both our brands and partners) to help resolve issues and answer inquiries
- Be responsible for building strong and trusting relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Identify and potential new opportunities to successfully cross- and up-selling
- Actively communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions for our customers
- Contribute in identifying and improving processes with creative ideas and out of the box solutions
What we are looking for
- 3+ year experience in an Account Management; Brand Management, Client/Customer Success or other relevant position
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- German at native/fluent level and English at intermediate/fluent level
