2nd Level Tech Support/ Administrator (m/w/d)

Full-Time in Berlin, DE - Remote OK - Mid Level - Product

At Get It Done we are a remote first company and a leading provider of installation services in Germany. Get It Done is a platform that enables companies in delivering sustainable experiences to consumers by connecting retailers and manufacturers with local companies.

We provide a software platform enabling complex installations of hardware (IoT mostly) like charging stations for electric or hybrid vehicles, robot lawn mowers and solar panels. Our current focus is to support the e-Mobility change for companies with renewed electric/hybrid car fleets and private electric/hybrid vehicle owners. We are proud to use mostly proprietary software (invoicing, order management, CRM).

We are currently seeking a combination of

2nd Level Tech Support/ Administrator

to join our dynamic team full time. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our internal tools, as well as managing content of our database with a web-based UI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records (using a web-based UI)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any data-related issues.
  • Assist in form and template creation, and the integration of small JavaScript snippets as data records
  • Support with documentation and report generation.
  • Administrative tasks, such as account setup, configuration of our tools (Google Workspace, Sipgate, Zammad, inhouse backoffice)
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong, structured and analytical thinking, with the ability to deal with complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • someone who thrives in a collaborative remote environment
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML (or interest in learning)
  • Prior experience in technical support, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a collaborative role (career changers are welcome!)
